1. Download and unzip OpenEmu
2. Right-click OpenEmu and click Open

I leave OpenEMU as the only window open on the desktop. I set up a playlist of ~50 'Classic' games so everyone else doesn't have to scroll through 100s of games on separate systems to find something worth playing. It's easy enough that my 6 year old daughter can do it by herself. All we have to do is switch the input on the receiver.
